5. Video Games can help in healing of Amblyopia (lazy eye)

This study suggested that Amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye, can be treated with the help of video games. This disease is easily curable before the age of 9 with standard methods but afterwards, the procedure becomes ineffective. 4. Video Games can reduce Anxiety, Depression levels in Kids

3. Video games help in reduction of violent crimes

The study, performed by the researchers of University of Texas at Arlington, Baylor University, and the Center for European Economic Research's Information and Communication Technologies, disclosed that (unlike a general misconception that video games result in crimes) video games help in reduction of violent crimes. The study suggested that though violent games increase a person’s aggression level, they also provide a platform to cool down their aggression so as a result, they help in reduction of crimes.
